Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any district in which Treac.xyz may be found
  • Your signature (typed name is acceptable)

Repeat Infringer Policy

Treac.xyz reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We may also remove or disable access to content that is believed to be infringing without prior notice.
